My Book Loving Criteria

→ Characters. For me, characters = plot. The characters would be more appreciated if they have depth, and I can connect/relate to them. I prefer flawed characters.

→ Plot. If the plot hurts, I'm all for it. Plot > Romance. If the books are a disguised romance, consider I hate with a burning passion.

→ Surrounding (Creation). The world-building, the customs, the traditions, all come under this. This is the heart of most things. It depends on book to book, how wonderfully it is written.

→ Writing. The writing should be easy to read and comprehensible, of course. Personally, I prefer descriptions throughout, but only one paragraph for them. I'm not a fan of repetitions (multiple lines repeated) unless in poems.

→ Cover. How could I forget that? A beautiful, artistic cover, you know what else. ;)

I loved this book! I give out too many 5-star ratings, so I don't have something really personal with it. But I'll def reread.

I really like this book! It might not be as good, but I would recommend it! There may be something missing, but it's good, all the same.

It's not really my favorite. Decent, but forgettable. I might not read it again.

It was umm, okay. It was not gripping and I won't read it again.

Rare. Probably abandoned and totally difficult to get through.

Decimal Rating

I mostly rate in decimals when I can't decide with some of my rating systems. The criteria mostly don't have anything to do with it.
